Jeff Leaptrott- Chief Executive Officer
Jeff began his insurance career in 2002 with Farmers Insurance in Portland, OR, becoming one of the top agents selling life insurance in his district. After realizing the potential of joining the independent agency channel in 2005, he started Action Insurance Company offering property & casualty and voluntary benefits and provide resources to brokers to expand their insurance career.
In 2015, Jeff joined with several other partners to form AIC & Associates to focus on expanding voluntary benefits offering to employers, unions, and associations throughout the U.S.
In 2017, with the focus of working with large organizations offering voluntary benefits, there was a need to offer TPA services in which teamed up with PIOPAC to expand their services in the continental United States
Areas of Focus
- Work with insurance carriers on underwriting offers for employers, unions, and associations.
- Assisting brokers with communication of voluntary insurance products to their clients
- Helping our enrollment and technology partners with logistics of each case Assist with broker/agent contracts for voluntary insurance carriers
Personal
Jeff enjoys the most time boating, traveling & hiking with his wife Amber and 2 boys Lucas & Hunter. Also enjoy playing golf, hunting, fishing and watching football.
